“I’ve been a huge fan of Indian food for years, and this has to be one of the best restaurants that I’ve ever eaten at. The personal attention that the owner gives his diners makes it particularly enjoyable.” I’ve been to many Indian restaurants up and down the East Coast, and this is close to the best I’ve ever found. “I lived in India for three years as a kid and have loved the cuisine ever since then. “This place is amazing! My fiance’ and I first ate here last Valentine’s Day and came back to Salem this year for the Ice carvings and of course to eat here! Their coconut soup is the one I judge all others by and the others never come close!!! The food is wonderful, service is amazing and personal, and you feel like royalty! Heck, we drive from PA to eat here!”

It is a very cozy and quaint place and there could be a significant wait. I have never had a bad experience in all the years I have been there. “I love it there…we know the bartender from England who is very nice and greets us always. They do have sodas to got with that…and they will have adult milk shakes and beer as well (as soon as the license arrives in the mail)…but mostly you will want to go here for the burgers and fries…and once you try it…you will probably want to go often.” If you have had a hard day at work or on the road or at the beach…this is a great place, relatively inexpensive and cheery place to pop in with your spouse and your kids…or your mom and dad if they are in town…for a kicked back old fashioned burger and fries dinner. “If you work in or near downtown Salem, whether in an office or in construction…and you are looking for a place to get away from the job for a few minutes during the day…take the short walk down to A&B Burger.
